Ruby Hamilton was born in Abu Dhabi in 2006 and comes from Canada and New Zealand.
Ruby proudly represented the UAE in the 2019 Special Olympics earning 2 bronze medals in rhythmic gymnastics and a silver medal in Team Dance.
Ruby was also awarded the Most Inspirational Kid in 2019 by TimeOut Kids Awards, and was a major catalyst for the KHDA Inclusion Policy in 2017 after being rejected over 40 times trying to gain access to mainstream education in the UAE.
She also raised awareness in helping to get special permits for People of Determination to exercise outside during the 2020 lockdown.
Ruby has featured in Harpers Bazaar Arabia, Friday Magazine, Etihad, and Nokia ads, and is a natural performer.
Ruby exudes a natural warmth and joy that is felt by all who spend time with her, and it’s these qualities that make her a great connector and motivator to all those she encounters.
Ruby loves dancing, singing, cooking, swimming, and boy bands!
Her message is to be patient, kind, and most of all be inclusive.
