Manju Jisto.
As a self taught photographer and food enthusiast, Manju started making food for her family and documenting meals in the form of still photos because it was what she enjoyed doing.
Fast forward to today Manju Jisto is an internationally acclaimed food photographer, with over 5 years experience in the industry.
Using her passion as motivation, Manju began submitting photographs for competitions which resulted in being awarded a commended position in 2019 for the “ The Philip Harben Award for Food in Action” category, a highly commended finalist position in 2021 for the “Food Influencers” category, and another highly commended finalist position in 2022 for the “Claire Aho Award for Women Photographers” category. Her consistency of beautiful imagery led to Manju winning first place in the “Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year” regional award (Gulf) in 2022.
Manju's photography encompasses dark and moody images, to clean and bright, and minimal images along with quite a few macro shots that bring out the otherwise overlooked beauty in the details.
