Jean Winter is a business consultant, philanthropist, angel investor and keynote speaker.
Growing up in Singapore and now based in Dubai, Jean is the formidable founder of the UAE inclusive Talent Agency, Touch, that represents celebrity athletes, celebrity chefs and champions equal opportunities for people of disability in the region and the world. Jean also owns several businesses across industries that focus on sustainability and community outreach. She was named one of UAE’s top 20 most influential women in the hospitality world in 2022.
Alongside running her own bespoke events management company, Jean’s talents as a celebrity chef led her to work across the globe with discerning, high profile clients via ‘Jean’s Private Kitchen’. Prior to Dubai, Jean started Geneva’s first underground dining concept from her home, catering to clients from UN/WHO/WTO/VIP’s in the Geneva region, to growing her business in France, Hamburg, and Singapore.
Jean pivoted into angel investment during the COVID-19 pandemic helping many local businesses grow while offering mentorship and advice to countless female entrepreneurs and startups. She also stands at the forefront of pushing for inclusion in the hospitality world in the Middle East.
Jean focusses on using her network to support community outreach programs both locally and globally from being actively involved in supporting the Syrian refugees camps in Hamburg, building water filtration systems in Cambodia to empowering poverty stricken youths with educational and work opportunities in Indonesia.
