Alannah Francesca is a young, free, fun-loving creative Pastry Chef!
Her love for pastry started at the young age of 10, when Alannah used to bake cakes in her Nana’s kitchen.
Alannah has travelled all over the world with her passion for pastry and is dedicated to ensuring the world eats great cake!
Alannah’s career started out in London when she was just 16, where she used to work free of charge in a 5* hotel during her school summer holidays; because she just wanted to learn!
She then went on to work in some of the most prestigious 5* hotels in London, including
- Royal Garden Hotel 5*
- Landmark London 5*
- Ritz Hotel 5*
- Claridge's Hotel 5*
- The Savoy Hotel 5*
Her career then led her to Dubai, where she has worked at the prestigious
- Address Hotel 5*
- Savarin Dessert Company - Jumeirah Group 5*
Alannah’s talent and expertise has seen her receive many prestigious accolades, including; Pastry Chef of the Year – 2020
Dubai Government – Supporting Dubai Police/Ambulance Covid 2020 Mercury Award Winner – Dessert Innovation 2019
UAE Junior Culinary Team – Gold medal in African Cup 2018 & 2019 Emirates Culinary Guild Pastry Showpiece May 2013 … just to name a few!
Alannah now runs her own Pastry business here in Dubai and most recently named Top 50 FnB Females in GCC 2022.
Furthermore Alannah dedicated her time to helping those less privileged, and recently traveled to Indonesia to volunteer her time and skills to the students at Sumba Hospitality Foundation.
